Yes. Sun Based Time works fully offline. It caches your last known location and computes all solar times on-device. The only features that need internet are subscription validation and the optional Google Calendar integration.
You set alarms relative to solar events — for example, "30 minutes before sunrise" or "1 hour after sunset." The app recalculates the exact clock time each day based on your location, so the alarm always fires at the right solar moment even as the seasons change.
The core solar clock and countdown features are free. Some features like solar alarms, the sleep window, and the calendar are available through an optional subscription.

Install the app on your new device and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. The app will detect your active subscription automatically. If it doesn't appear right away, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the subscription settings.
Sun Based Time divides the day into four periods based on the sun's position: SR (Sun Rising) from sunrise to solar noon, SS (Sun Setting) from solar noon to sunset, NR (Night Rising) from sunset to solar midnight, and NS (Night Setting) from solar midnight to sunrise.
